The coating seals leaking ducts so that less energy is wasted on leaky systems. Additionally, the coating can help stop the spread of viruses

The VC50 and SC50 coatings are both fire-resistant, reducing the spread of smoke and fire in case of a fire-outbreak, increasing the safety of all employees  

Less dust is collected in the system because the dust has more difficulty in sticking to the coating than in an ordinary tube. 

Our coatings are easy to work with and environmentally friendly.

When a HVAC system is coated, it uses less energy and thus

less CO2 is emitted.

RECOMMENDED USE:

Ventilation ducts in residential andoffice buildings with normal conditions.

(For ducts exposed to corrosive environments we recommend SC50)

  • Improved crack resistance, high flexibility, and self-healing of micro cracks

  • Approved as fire-resistant in accordance with DS/EN 1361-1 2013 and DS428 (fire technical precautions in ventilation ducts)

Ventilation ducts exposed to corrosive environments, e.g. on ships/maritime environments and laboratories

PH RESISTANCE:
Tested in environments with a pH ranging from 3-12. Coating shows no degeneration
or reduction in longevity. However, estimated coating performance will vary depending on the type of chemical, concentration of fumes, their temperature, exposure duration, and amount of moisture. Please contact us for more information.
